Pirates and Mermaid Adventure

Liquid Footprints

The Scottish Highlands is a wash with stories and legends and has its fair share of pirate stories and hidden treasure. Liquid Footprint’s Pirates and Merfolk package offers the whole family the chance to lose themselves in their own exciting story. The NC500 route is blessed with a seemingly endless supply of locations for a family adventure and the shores of a loch is where you will find the start of this perfect family experience.

Getting Ready

Your experience begins with getting dressed up. The wee Pirates and Mermaids will be provided with their own outfits and there are even a couple for the young at heart. You will then be armed water pistols and swords to fend off any of those pesky monsters you may encounter. Buoyancy aids will also be handed out with sizes matching all ages ensuring that everyone is safe.

The Adventure

You will then head out in your canoes, safely guided by your canoe instructor, you will embark on a treasure hunt that will involve exploring islands, figuring out riddles and puzzles and finally finding the treasure. There will be adventures and high jinks along the way with plenty of time to take photos and make some very special memories. Each and every session is tailored to the individual family ensuring that each journey reflects the age of the children and their abilities. Finally, at the end of your epic quest there is also an option of having a BBQ or Luxury Hamper with everything provided and cooked by your canoe guide with no washing up for you.
