A distillery with a difference!
Set in an area of natural stunning beauty, Dunnet Head enjoys an array of world-class coastal walks along fine sandstone cliffs, sensational open sea views and even a Nature Reserve. Not only is it one of the remotest distilleries in the UK, it is the northern most distillery on the mainland. Historical points of interest come in the form of Caithness’ Viking past as well as the remains of a World War Two radar station and bunker. Modern day enterprise and master craftsmanship is brought to the fore in the form of the 2014 established Dunnet Bay Distillery. We caught up with Neil Stewart from the distillery to tell us more.
