A lovely small touring campsite with stunning views over the Moray firth. Friendly and welcoming, facilities are clean and well kept with pitches available next to the sea shore. Within easy walking distance of Fortrose and Chanonry Point, a famous spot for dolphin viewing.
Enjoy a relaxing stay with a campfire on the beach and watch the sunset over the distant mountains. Go for a beach walk, explore coastal caves, find your way to the Fairy Glen with magical waterfalls and stop off for coffee, cake or doorstep sandwich at the Beach Café. A short walk to good restaurants, café and dog friendly pubs in Fortrose village or dive further into the Black Isle to experience all that’s on offer.
Boat and RIB adventures, bike trails, wildlife, horse riding, golf, kayaking, music, community markets – Fortrose Bay Campsite is great to use as a base while visiting this very beautiful part of the Highlands.
