This beautiful long sandy beach backed by dunes is only a mile from the centre of Dornoch. It stretches south from the rocks at Dornoch Point, where there is shelter on a windy day, to the mouth of the Dornoch Firth. This fine long blue flag beach has been given a Seaside Award status as a clean bathing beach.
