The Torridon

The Torridon Resort, situated in the wild landscape of North West Scotland, is where luxury, adventure and hospitality combine for an unforgettable experience.

Set in 58 acres of private parkland, the main house was built in 1887 as a Highland shooting lodge and enjoys a spectacular location at the head of Loch Torridon. All 18 luxurious bedrooms are individually designed with a mix of the contemporary and traditional furnishings and have spectacular views across the loch to the Torridon mountains.

Chef Ross Stovold creates seasonally inspired dishes in the 1887 Restaurant, making outstanding use of the best local produce, including our own Highland beef and Tamworth pigs, as well as an abundance of herbs, fruit and vegetables from our two acre kitchen garden. The Torridon Inn offers an alternative informal dining experience with local produce featured and a choice of Scottish ales.

We are delighted to offer complimentary activities to all our hotel guests with a programme that includes archery, kayaking and guided walks all organised by our very own Torridon Outdoors team.

Our award-winning whisky bar features more than 365 whiskies and a range of over 100 premium gins, including our own Arcturus gin.

The hotel is in one of the most romantic locations in the country and is the ideal venue for a couple’s break, honeymoon or wedding.

The Torridon Inn is adjacent to the hotel and offers an affordable alternative with its own restaurant and busy pub. The Inn offers a locally sourced menu together with local Scottish ales.
