The Garvault House is set in one of the last great wilderness areas of Britain and is the most remote hotel on mainland Britain. Nestled in the shadow of Beinn Griam Mor, overlooking the forest framed Loch Rimsdale and surrounded by vast rolling heather clad hills, Garvault House has fantastic uninterrupted views over the unique landscape of the flow country. As well as some of the finest wild trout fishing, welcoming log fires, a wide selection of local whiskies in the little bar and awe inspiring scenery make the Garvault House the ideal place to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the remote Scottish Highlands. (We are also dog friendly).
Closed from December until March
