Burnside Cottage, Blarich Estate

Lovely clean, two storey, large private cottage on the picturesque 400 acre Blarich Estate in the Highlands. Sleeps up to 7 people.

The cottage has all modern utilities.

It’s just 10 minutes drive off the main A9 and coast road, 54 miles north of Inverness city centre. Just a few minutes’ drive away there is a local pub and small shop. The nearby towns and Inverness itself offer plenty of shops, cafes, bars, restaurants and theatre.

The Property – ‘Burnside Cottage’

You are renting the entire house, complete with living room and kitchen. The property has four bedrooms: Room One is downstairs and has a double bed, upstairs Room Two can be either two singles or a large double, Room Three has two single beds, Room Four has one single bed. All have a shared bathroom (bath, shower & toilet). All the bedrooms have storage space.

We provide fresh bedding & towels, free and unlimited Wifi, TV/DVD player with Freeview, hairdryer, full kitchen facilities with basic foodstuffs including tea & coffee, washing machine & dryer, and ironing equipment. The house is warm and cosy with plenty of hot water.

The house is set back and quiet, with private garden area and direct access to the entire Blarich Estate where there is hill walking and fishing, plus a full size basketball/tennis court. The small Highland village of Rogart is just two miles away.

N.B. We can provide a travel cot, highchair and stairgates, if required

Guest Access

You will have your own front door key. You will be free to explore the Blarich Estate.

The Highlands is a wonderful place to visit with breathtaking scenery, many interesting local sights and activities and an abundance of wildlife.

There is a large, safe and enclosed private driveway parking area.

No hidden additional fees or charges!!

Our check in time is after 4pm.

The property is on two levels with steps to the front door and stairs inside. There is no lift.

There is a No Smoking policy within the property, although you are welcome to smoke outside.

Dogs are welcome but are not allowed in the upstairs part of the property.
